How AI wedding photos work

  1. Step 1

Tell us the occasion and pick a moment you love

Engagement photos, your wedding day, an elopement or an anniversary. Tap a moment (a beach at golden hour, a bookstore window seat, a sparkler send-off) and we infer the place, season, light and feel from it.

  2. Step 2

    Add one selfie each

One clear, recent selfie of each of you is enough to start. Not together? Send your partner a link and they add theirs from their own phone. Turned-head selfies help with profile poses later.

  3. Step 3

See your planned photos, then take them

Your photographer plans eight photos for free, one collection, with directions for each pose (tap a photo to read them). Adjust the framing, light or place, then take them. Each photo comes back as a preview in about a minute; make your favourites full size at no extra cost.

Questions couples ask

How much do AI wedding photos cost?

Planning is free. Shoots come as packages for each occasion, in collections of 8 photos: Engagement session $49 (24 photos in 3 collections, with 12 retakes); Engagement, the full shoot $79 (48 photos in 6 collections, with 24 retakes); Anniversary $49 (24 photos in 3 collections, with 12 retakes); Elopement $69 (32 photos in 4 collections, with 16 retakes); Wedding day $99 (48 photos in 6 collections, with 24 retakes); and Engaged to married $149 (96 photos in 12 collections, with 48 retakes). Retakes are for the photos you want to try again. Unused photos stay in your account, and making your favourites full size is included.

What photos should we upload?

One recent selfie of each of you in soft, even light, without sunglasses. For poses where you face each other or look away, add a selfie with your head turned to each side. If your dog is coming, add one clear photo of your dog.

Will the photos actually look like us?

They are built from your own selfies, so they look most like you when the selfies are recent and close up. Poses that face the camera match best; side-on poses are marked and work better with turned-head selfies. If a photo doesn’t look like you, take it again.

How long does it take?

Planning is instant. Each photo takes about a minute and comes in while you browse the rest.

What happens if a photo fails?

Failed photos are never charged: the credit goes straight back to your account, ready for another try. Every photo that comes out uses one credit, including a second try with a new pose, new light or closer.

Can we get black-and-white photos?

Yes. Every photo has a film finish, and switching between colour and black and white is free and instant: it doesn’t reshoot the photo.

Are our photos private?

Yes. Your selfies and photos are private to your session. Shared photos carry a small “Made with AI” mark.

Does it work for every couple?

Yes. Choose bride, groom or partner for each of you, in any combination, and each of you picks your own outfit.

Can AI replace our wedding photographer?

No. AI photos are great for picturing your day, choosing a place or outfit, or making a save-the-date. A photographer captures the real moments with your family and friends.
